This blog is all about speaking British English, and here is why: Most English learners think British English is old-fashioned because it doesn't sound like the English in American TV series. You may have heard about the 'Queen's English' or the 'BBC English' or even people mocking British accents accompanied with over exaggerated manners and gestures. You may think it’s everything but cool, so I accept the challenge to change your mind if this is the case!

How are you? You OK?
I don't know about you, but as an English learner I have found myself thousands of times repeting the same phrases again and again every time they asked me the most common British question "How are you?"! It's so embarrassing! You know you seem like a parrot but still when that moment comes you just say that phrase that we all learnt in the school and makes you look so nice and polite "I'm fine, thank you, and you?"
This doesn't need to happen again! Just learn these common answers and they will think you are so British as them!
